At Harivos, we prioritize your satisfaction and want to ensure a hassle-free shopping experience. We have established a comprehensive return and refund policy to assist you in case you need to return an item.

Return Policy

We accept returns within 21 days from the date of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected]. Our team will provide you with a return authorization number and detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging with all tags and labels intact.

Once we receive your returned item, we will thoroughly inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refund Policy

We strive to process refunds promptly. However, please allow up to 4-6 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account. The timing of the refund may vary depending on your original method of payment.

If your purchase was made with a credit card, the refund will be credited back to the same card. If you used a Harivos gift card for your purchase, the refund will be issued as store credit to your gift card.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned item does not meet our return policy criteria.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will work closely with you to resolve the issue promptly. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement item or a refund.

Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, we kindly ask you to follow our return policy and place a new order for the desired item.

Shipping

When returning an item, you are responsible for covering the shipping costs. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

In the case of receiving a damaged or defective item, we will cover the cost of return shipping. We may request photographic evidence of the damage or defect before providing a return shipping label.
